An other important subject in the filters is to place the pleated paper in the most appropriate amount for the filter. Also, properties like type and size of the paper used, pore dimension, fiber dimension and form, paper thickness, string and mechanical resistance are among the factors that affect the quality of the filter. DPS – Pleating System
By means of single and double row Direct Pleating System – DPS whose patent right has been registered to Atom Filtration, the distance between the folded pleated papers can be kept throughout the functional life of the filter and ensure the optimum usage of the suction surface area of the filter paper.
